AI Center- Tra Vinh University has just signed research cooperation agreements with 5 leading domestic and international universities to promote AI development for smart agriculture.
On November 20, 2025, at Tra Vinh University, a signing ceremony took place for research cooperation agreements between AI Centerand 5 leading universities, including:
• National University of Singapore (NUS) - Experts in Computer Vision and Machine Learning • Nanyang Technological University (NTU) - Robotics and Industrial AI • Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology - AI in Industry 4.0 • University of Da Nang - Vietnamese Natural Language Processing • Vietnam National Academy of Agriculture - AI Applications in Cultivation
This cooperation agreement will focus on the following areas:
1. Developing AI systems for smart agriculture suitable for Mekong Delta conditions 2. Research on Computer Vision applications in crop monitoring and weather forecasting 3. Developing automation robots for agricultural activities 4. Building Vietnamese natural language processing systems for farmers
