On April 21, 2026, the seminar “AI for Accessibility” at Tra Vinh University was successfully held, featuring in-depth presentations and discussions from two professors from Central Philippine University (CPU), offering international perspectives and practical applications in the field of artificial intelligence.

The program was organized by AIC in collaboration with the School of Engineering and Technology – Tra Vinh University, taking place in room C51.202 and attracting a large number of students. The event featured two international speakers from Central Philippine University (CPU), who delivered insightful presentations and up-to-date perspectives on the application of artificial intelligence in enhancing accessibility.

Within the program, the presented topics focused on applying technology to everyday life, particularly in supporting visually impaired individuals. The content on automatic image description generation using natural language processing (NLP) introduced a new approach to improving access to digital information. In addition, a real-time obstacle detection solution based on the YOLO model also drew significant attention due to its high applicability.

The discussion atmosphere was lively, with many questions from students, reflecting their interest and proactive learning spirit. Through the program, participants not only gained new knowledge but also developed clearer directions for future study and research in artificial intelligence.
